👋 Meet Rafael Mora

Hey, I’m Rafael — the one-man crew behind Mora HVAC Solutions. I’ve lived in Independence, MO since the 5th grade, and after more than five years in the HVAC trade, I decided to start something of my own — something built on hard work, honesty, and treating people right.

I’ve always been drawn to solving problems and helping people feel comfortable in their homes. Bringing a heating or cooling system back to life isn’t just about the equipment — it’s about helping families feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of again. That’s what drives me.

This business isn’t about chasing the next sale — it’s about building real connections. I want every customer to know I’ll put in the same effort for them that I’d expect someone to give my own family. Yes, making a living is part of it — but it’s how you do it that matters. For me, it’s through fairness, respect, and showing up when I say I will.

🛠️ How I Work

When you reach out to Mora HVAC, you’re reaching me directly — Rafael. I take calls, answer texts, and personally handle every service I book. I do work a full-time job during the day, so my availability is afternoons, evenings, and weekends. But when I take on a job, I make sure it’s done right — because I don’t have a big office or corporate brand to hide behind. I’m part of the same community I’m serving, fixing one system at a time.

⚙️ What I Know

I started out working in residential heating and cooling — repairing furnaces, A/Cs, and installing systems that kept families comfortable. Over time, I moved into maintenance at an industrial grow facility, working on CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units designed to control entire environments — managing everything from humidity to temperature to air quality.

Through that experience, I’ve picked up advanced skills in both industrial and residential electrical work — troubleshooting everything from environmental control systems and packaging machines to kitchen kettles and running new circuits from scratch.

Whether you have a traditional furnace, a high-efficiency A/C, a ductless mini-split, or something a little more specialized, I bring a deep, real-world understanding to every service call. I can diagnose, repair, and explain issues in a way that makes sense — no jargon, no guesswork.
